Check in and Stay Policies
Is there a minimum length of stay?
The Vintedge has varying minimum lengths of stays depending on the room type starting at 7 nights or more.
Is a lease required?
No, The Vintedge has the offerings of an upscale residence without any of the long term commitments.
What are the check in and check out times?
Guaranteed check in time is 4PM and check out is 11 am. Any early arrivals or late departures are based on availability, fees may apply. For more information, contact us directly at (551)380-7001.
What is the minimum age requirement to book and stay at the Vintedge?
Guests must be 21 years or older with a valid government-issued identification to reserve and check in to a guestroom.
Payment and Financials
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). Cash payments are accepted upon check out, but a valid credit card and government-issued ID are required at check-in for authorization.
Is a security deposit or incidental hold required at check-in?
Yes, we authorize $525.00 at check-in. Upon check-out, any unused portion of the authorization will be released back to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Are there any additional booking fees?
No, The Vintedge has no additional booking fees. Stays are subject to prevailing taxes which are 17.625%.
Parking and Transportation
Is onsite parking available?
Yes, the Vintedge is pleased to offer our guests the convenience of covered self-parking at $15.00 per car per night. Electric car charging stations are also available. Rates may vary.
Does the property offer airport shuttle services or local transportation assistance?
While The Vintedge does not provide shuttle service, guests have access to a variety of convenient transportation options nearby.
Amenities and Property Features
What’s the hotel’s smoking policy?
The VintEdge is a completely non-smoking hotel. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas outside of the property.
Is high-speed Wi-Fi included?
The Vintedge offers complimentary high speed Wi-Fi.
What are the hours and access details for the fitness center?
Guests have 24/7 access to the gym and fitness center with their room key.
Are pets allowed, and what are the associated fees?
At The VintEdge, we are happy to welcome well-mannered dogs. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 applies for stays up to 30 nights, and a $500 fee applies for stays of 30 nights or longer. Guests may bring up to two dogs per room, with a maximum weight of 75 pounds per dog. Service animals are always welcome and are exempt from all pet fees.
How frequently is housekeeping service provided?
Complimentary weekly housekeeping is included with your stay. Your scheduled service day will be assigned upon arrival, with housekeeping available between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Additional services may be requested through the Front Desk (subject to availability and applicable fees).
Dining & On-Site Services
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
The Vintedge does not offer on property breakfast accommodations. Convenient and popular options are easily accessible through the Courtyard Lyndurst and Colonial Diner.
Are there on-site restaurants, bars, or lounges?
Yes, The Vintedge Wine Bar & Kitchen is open every day, offering lunch and dinner service for our guests and visitors. Please refer to the dining tab for more information.
Are kitchen and laundry facilities included in the rooms?
Yes, every room offers stainless steel kitchen appliances, cookware provisions and full size washer/dryer.
